Leonora M. & M. Co. At a meet
ing of the board of directors held at
135 East Broadway on Juno 9, 1919,
there was an assessment of y2 cent
per share (this being assessment No.
13), levied on all issued and out
standing stock of the corporation, pay
able immediately to the secretary at
18 and 20 East First South street, Salt
Lake City, Utah. Any stock upon
which this assessment may remain
unpaid on Saturday, the 12th day of
July, 1919, will become delinquent and
be advertised for sale and unless pay
ment is made on same on or before
Monday, the 4th day of August, 1919,
so many shares of each parcel of
stock as necessary will be sold at pub
lic auction at 12:30 o'clock noon, to
