for a meetingof the Republican
party in thiscounty. The

Dear Sir:?It will be established,
when the next Republican
Nat ional ('on v??nt ion meets, that
-there is no Republican Organization
in t he State of South Carnlin.-i

Committee, which may have existed.
has now ceased to exist
and the necessity for party reorganization

exists in a newly civated state

what is called the mass meeting
plan, for organization, or reorganization,
as the case may be.
No such opportunity has exist
questions of Government, rather
than a continuance of the one
party plan where the campaigns
are confined solely to a discussion
of the merits or demerits
