Fine farm land
Do you vWish to invest your surplus money ingood farm
lands. Land is continualy going up, and there is no surer
way of your making a good income than by investing your
money in some good Georgia farms,
If you want land to cultivate and want to get into the
garden spot, see me, I have fine improved and unimproved
productive lands at the most reasonable prices, or if you want
to own a home in a section that is blessed with all the favor
able conditions, look over my list.
One of the nicest little places in this section is a 6o-acre
tract, in 2 1-2 miles of Turnerville; 30 to 40 acres cleared; lots
of forest trees, has some good branch bottoms on it, has tvo
houses, good well of water and an excellent spring. Can seil
you this for $Soo, one-hall cash and balance to suit purchaser.
Come quick for I won't have this bargain long.
Another snap is a 75-,.cre tract that is right near railroad
station. ['his is splendid land, about hall of it cleared. Has
on it two buildings, barn, etc., is well watered and wvell located
on public road, in a good community and is just i -2 mile from
school. For a quick get-away to some of my old Pickens
county iriends, $i 000.( 0 will swing the deal; i -2 cash and bal
anice to suit the purchaser.
A nice i6o acre farm for $r8o0. It lies well, isj 2
miles of' Turnerville and 2 miles of Hollywood; 40 acres clear
ed. 2 good houses on it. A great place for stock, dairy or
1 50 acres for $i 500. Has good house on place; in
>mile of Hollywood; 21 acres (cleared. Splendid farm wvith
g (ood school and church advantages
WVithin 1-2 mile of' Turnervillc, Ga., and on a leading
Ipubic~ road. I have another pick up for a Pickens county mani,
in a 6o-acre tract with some cleared land, well watered, some
gYood br anch bottoms, good 3-room house on place, good
orchaLrd of fruit trees, good wvell and splendid spring. This
proplerty will not be on the market long at $iooo.oo. This is
a rare bargain, and if you want it come qjuick for I have op~tion
for only a short time.
People that come here, don't wvant to leave, and all wvho
have been able to do so have bought while out here, while
others have gone back to arrange to buy.
We have a regnlar "PIickens County Colony" here and
new members are constantly being added. The boys want
you to join them an(d I can fix' you so you will be a full fledgeod
member in a jiffy.
Come and see me, wvhether you buy or not, it will do you
goocd, and help you too, to look over this country and fmdnc out
why others like it so well.

Pickens County has been wonderfully blest this
