The names and places of residence of the persons forming this associa tion for incorporation are ALOISE CLEVELAND. REUBEN E. EDQUIST and A. V. The government of this corporation and the management of its affairs shall be vested in a board of three (3) directors,' and the officers of this corporation shall be a president, vice president, secretary and treasurer.
