Feb. 21.—Protest ing against alleged infringment of :heir constitutional rights, a delega ion of 100 farmers and representa ives of union labor called at the cap tol Tuesday to demand from Gover lor Burnquist measures of relief. Spokesmen of the farmers included ZJarl Beck, chairman of the committee arrangements of the national Non —oartisan league, though the farmers leclared the move was not primarily ne of the league.
