necessity to curb the following streets:

street, from First street to Tenth.
On the east and west side of Mathewson
,avenue, from Douglas avenue to Third
On the east and west side of Seneca,
from Douglas avenue to the Arkansas
And the city clerk is hereby instructed
to cause publication of sa;d resolution
to be made according to law.
