Twelve, delegates to the annual
meeting of the Hawaiian Evangelical
Association at Lihue returned home
yesterday morning on the Kinau and
spoke most enthusiastically regarding
the. convention which will remain in
session until Wednesday. According
to A. Frank Cooke, one of the dele
gates from Central Union Church,
there are three hundred and fifty at
the convention, including representa
tives from all the islands . Speakers
have been secured for each day's pro
gram and the meetings are reported
to be unusually Interesting. The rest
of the delegates from Honolulu will
return home .Wednesday evening or

28.25, with 300 more at 28.50, an ad
vance of oW-half point since Satur
day's report. Hawaiian Commercial
and Sugar Co. was ahead of Oahu in
number of shares sold, this being 100
and 6S shares between boards and 400
in one block at session, an aggregate
of 56S shares, the "price being un
changed at 44.25, with a quarter point
more asked. " i
