and delhered by George E Miner, of
Makawao, Isiand of Maui, Territory
of Hawaii, and joined in hy Annie

giver, to secure the payment of Two
Thousand Eight Hundred and Seven

to be sold because of the tion-paymen'

Frank left on Monday night's Like-

spector arrived frorn Hilo last Friday
and spent this week on Maui. On
Wednesday afternoon he left for Ila
leauala as the guest of Mr. W. O,
A.iken, and leaves for Honolulu this
afternoon.

the Kash Clothing Co., Honolulu with
Mrs. Soule, and Mr. W. H. Smith of
the Manufacturers' Shoo Co., with
Mrs. Smith, who spent an enjoyable
ten days vacation as guests of the
iMaui Hotel, Wailuku, left on Thurs
day for Lahaina, where-they caught
