day of January, A. D. 1907, leaving
property in his hands to be distribut
ed, and prayi.'g that the heirs of the
said Rosa Dickenson may be declar
ed: It Is Ordered, that Monday, the
1st day of July, A. D. 1907, at fO
o'clock A. M., be and hereby is ap
pointed for hearing said petition in
the Court Room of this Court, at
Wailukn, Maui, at which time and
place all persons concerned may ap
pear and show cause, if any they
have, why said petition should not be
granted, and that notice of this or
der bo published in the "Naui News,"
a weekly newspaper printed and
published in said Wailuku, for three
successive weeks, as said newspaper
is regularly printed and published,
the last publication to be not less

Halualani, late of Kipahulu, Maui,
deceased, whereiu he asks to be al
lowed $61.15 and he charges himself
with f 163.00, and asks that the same
may be examined and approved, and
that a final order may be made of

ing in his hands to the persons there
to entitled, and discharging him and
his sureties from all further respon
sibility as such Administrator.
It is Ordered, that Monday, the
1st day of July, A. D. 1907, at 10
o clock A. M. before the Judge of
said Court at the Court Room of the
said Court at Wailuku, Island of
Maui, be and the same hereby is ap
pointed as the time and place for
hearing said Petition and Accounts,

cause, u any tuey have, why the
same should not be granted, and may
present evidence as to who arc en
titled to the said property. And

reasons why such real estate or so

It is hereby Ordered that the
heirs, legatees, the next-of kiu of
said S. Kahale deceased, and all per
sons interested ia the said Estate
appear before this Court on Monday,
the 1st day of July A. D. 1907, at 10
o'clock a. m. at the Court House of
Wailuku, in Wailuku, County of Maui,
Territory of Hawaii, then and there
to show cause why an order should
not be grcnted for the sale of such
real estate.
And it is Further Oidered that a
notice of this order be published at
least three successive weeks before
the said day of hearing in the "Maui
News," a weekly newspaber printed
and published in Wailuku, Maui, the
last publication to bo not less than
Ten days previous to the time therein
appointed for said hearing.
