Territory of Hawaii.
Pursuant to an Order made by the
Honorable A. N. Kepoikai Judge of
the Circuit Court of the Second Cir
cuit, Territory of Hawaii, on the 8th
day of Jily, A. D. 1907, the under
signed, as Administrator of the
Estate of S. Kahale, late of Wailuku,
Maui deceased, will sell at Public
Auction to the highest and best bid
der, 'subject to confirmation of the
Court.
On Saturday, the 10th day of
August A. D. 1907, at 12 o'clock noon
of said day, at the front entrance of
the Court House, at Wailuku, Dis
trict of Wailuku aforesaid, all and
singular the following described Real
Estate, to wit.
All tnat certain taro land situate
in Waiehu, Wailuku, described as
follows:
An undivided right, title and inter
est in and to R. P. 0858, L. C. A.
3433 to Kuaana, situate at Waiehu,
in the Hi of Kuehu, ai d conveyed to
said S. Kahale by deed of M. Kahele
kulu, dated the 11th day of August,
19C3, and recorded in the Hawaiian
Registry, in Liber 292, on page 177.
Said premises are to be sold with
all improvements thereon; and the
appurtenances to the same belonging.
