fusing to answer questions and also on account of Walkers refusal to
produce the Ookala plantation books.
The grand jury is investigating the charge of violating section 124
of the Revised Laws of Hawaii on account of the construction of a road
by the old Territorial Board of w hich Walker was a member and chairman.
