Notice is hereby given that as guardian
of the persons mid property of John
Torres and Bnlbinn Torres, minor child
ren, of Hntin, Mnul, mid under and by
virtue of nn order grouted by the Honor
able A. N. Kepqikai, Judge of the Cir
cuit, of the Second Judicial Circuit, Terri
tory of Hawaii, licensing and directing
me to sell certain property belonging to
said minors, I shall on Monday the aStli
day of December 1908, at 12 o'clock noon
of said day, at the front door of the
Court House in Hana, County of Maui,
Territory of Hawaii, sell at public
auction the undivided two-sixth (2-6) in
terest of said minors in and to that cer
tain piece, parcel or lot of land situated
at Nahiku, Maui, Territory of Hawaii,
and known as Lot No. 10 of the Nahiku
Terms of sale; Cash and deeds at ex
pense of purchaser. Sale to be made
subject to confirmation of the Court.
