Second-Class License, Saloon, to sell in
toxicating liquors at the corniT of Main
Street and Lahainaluna road, in a new
building erected by him, in I.nhaina, un
der the provisions of Act 119, Session
Laws of 1907.
All protests or objections ngiinst the
issuance of a license under said applica
tion should be filed with the Secretary of
the Hoard not later than the time set for
said hearing.
