property remaining in his hands to the
persons thereto entitled, and discharging
him and his sureties from all further res
ponsibility as such Administrator.
It is Ordered, that Monday, the 17th
day of Juue A. D. 1910, at 10 o'clock, A.
M., before the Judgij of said Court at the
Court .Ream of said Court, at Lahaina,
Island - of Maui, be and the
same hereby is appointed the time and
place for hearing 'said Petition and Ac
counts, and that all persons interested
may then and there appear and show
cause, if anythey nave, way the same
should not be granted, and may present
