SEALED TENDERS.
Sealed proposals will be received for
the construction of one room additions
to the Keokea, Kealahou Makawao and
Olowalu Schools, and new school build
ings at Keanae and Hana, by the Maul
Loan Fund Commission, Wailuku, until
9:30 A. M., March 9, 1912
Proposals must be on forms furnished
by the Maui Loan Fund Commission,
placed in sealed envelopes addressed to
the Secretary of the Maul Loan Fund
Commission. Wailuku, Maui, and plain
ly marked "Proposals for constructing
one room addition to Keokea, Kealahou,
Makawao and Olowalu schools, and new
school buildings at Keanae and Hana.
Proposals must be accompanied by a
certified check in amount equal to5'of
the bid, as a guarantee that the contract
will be eutered into if awarded.
Plans and specifications may be ob
tained from F. E. Harvey, Makawao.
Maui, by enclosing check for twenty-6ve
(a5)'dollars, payable to Marston Camp
bell, Chairman of the Maui Loan Fund
Commission, to be held by him until re
turn of plans and specificatic is in good
condition.
The Commission reserves the right to
reject any and all bids or let the work as
a whole, or in parts, or for one or more
parts as may appear to the best Interest
of the County.

deceased, wherin petitioner asks to be

maining property to the persons thereto
entitled and discharging petitioner and
sureties from all further responsibility

It is Ordered, that Monday, the 25th
day of March, A. D. 1912, at 10 o'clock
A. M. before the Judge presiding at
Chambers of said Court at his Court
Room in Wailuku, Maui, be aud the
same hereby is appointed the time' and
place for hearing said Petition and Ac
counts, and that all persons interested
may then and there appear and show '
cause, if any they have, why tte same
should not be granted, and may present
evidence as to who are entitled to the
said property. And that notice' of this
Order, be published in the Maui News,
a weekly newspaper printed and pub
lished in said Wailuku, Maui, for three
successive weeks, the last publication to
be not less than two weeks previous to
