ORDER OP NOTICE OP HEARING
PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION.
On Reading and Piling the Petition of
H. R. Hitchcock, husband of above de
ceased, alleging that Hannah J. Hitch
cock, of Molokai, Territory of Hawaii,
died intestate at Molokai, on the 21st
day of May, A. D. 1912, lraving property
in the Territory of Hawaii necessary to
be administered upon, and praying that
Letters of Administration issue to him,
said II . R. Hitchcock.
It Is Ordered, that Thursday, the iSth
day of July, A. D. 1912, at 10 o'clock
A M.. be and hereby is appointed for
' hearing said Petition in the Court Room
of this Court at Wailuku, Maui, at which
time and place all persons concerned
may appear and show cause if any they
have, why said Petition should not be
granted, and that notice of this order
shall be published once a week lor three
successive weeks in the Maui Nitws,
weekly newspaper printed and published
in Wailuku, Maui.

The Keaiiao School gave a public
concert and entertainment, in the
rotcstant Church, as a means of
aising funds for a hum to be given
on Friday Juno 28th, 1912. The
occasion was well- patronized by the
villagers, tho fee of admission was
twenty-five cents. Mayor Napihaa
was the head of the financial com
mittce, created a scheme to incrcaso
tho receipts by making a collection
when tho audienco happened to ap
plaud. Taken by surprise, Tearful
Win. Coolho who hauncned to bo

was invited to ring out his melodious
