On Reading and Filing the Petition of
David C. Lindsay, husband of said de
ceased, of Paia, Maui, alleging that
Clare Gregory Lindsay, of Paia, Maui,
died intestate at Paia, Maui, on the 1 6th
day of June, A. D. 19:2, leaving property
in the Territory of Hawaii necessary to
be administered upon, and praying that
Letters of Administration issue to said
Petitioner, David C. Lindsay.
It is Ordered, that Monday, the 9th
day of September, A. D. 1912, atio
Clock A. M., be and hereby is appoint
ed for hearing said Petition in the Court
Room of this Court at Wailuku, Maui,
at which time and place all persons con
cerned may appear and show cause, if
any they have, why said Petition should
not be granted, and that notice of this
order shall be published once a week
for three successive weeks in the maui
news, a weekly newspaper printed and
published in Wailuku, Maui.
