'a Island and County of Maui, area
6075 acres;
(2) On the Island of Molokai, County
of Maui, area 44,674 acres;
(3) In the District of Waianae, City
and County of Honolulu, Island of Oahu,
area tj6 acres, being an addition to
Waianae kni Forest Reserve.
Maps and descripWou9 of the said
lands proposed to be set apart as forest
reserves are on file in the office of the
Superintendent of Forestry, in Honolulu,
where they are open to the inspection of
the public,
At the said time and place all persons
who so desire will be given full oppor
tuni'ty to be heard upon the su'-ject mat
tcr of this notice and to present evidence
and arguments in person, by proxy, or
by letter, either FOR or AGAINST the
setting apart of the said lands as forest
reserves.

On reading the following petition of
John W, Kalua, as guardian of the
person and property of Hezekiah Mauase
of Wailuku, praying for an order of sale
of certain real property belonging to said
ward, to wit:
I. All of that certain piece and parcel
of land (being taro land and house lot)
situate in Kapaaloa, Wailuku, Island and
County of Maui, Territory of Hawaii
more particularly described in and cov
ered by deed from Kamehameha V. to
W. P. Kahaleof date Sept. J2, 1857, and
of record iu the office of the Reiristrur of
Conveyances iu Honolulu, in lititr 9,
pages 536-7, containing five acres more or
less.
2. Those two pieces of land situate
Kapaaloa, Wailuku, Islaud and Couuty
of Maui, Territory of Hawaii, being ap
na 5 containing two-fiiths of aii acre, and

And alleging that it is uecessary to sell
said real property for the purpose of
a. Paying the claims and demand
outstanding against said ward; and th
expeuses incurred iu connection with
said sale;
b. F:xpeuding approximately Fiv
Hundred Dollars in the construction of
cottage for the ward; and
c. Investing the balance for the sup
port ami maintenance ot said ward.
It is therefore ordered that said ward,
and ail other jiersous interested in said
estate, appear before this court on Wed
nesday, the 18th day of September, 1912,
at 10 o'clock a. m., at the court room ot
this Court iu Wailuku. County of Maui,
Territory of Hawaii, ,ueu and there to
show cause why an order and license
should not be granted for the sale ot real
estate for the purposes named.
And it is further ordered that notice of
this order be published iu the "Maui
News," a newspaper of general circula
tion on the Island of Maui, for a period
of once a week for each of three succes
sive weeks.
