A Wadsworth entertained the members of the Knights of Pythias and their wives and sisters, at a most enjoyable dance and card party. The affair was held in the K. P. hall and over eighty of the friends of the host and hostess were present. While many of the guests danced to the strains of the excellent music provided by George Kaia's quintet club, others, less energetic, played cards and had a good time gener ally. Delicious refreshments were ser ved, and it was with regret that the party broke up at a late hour. The host and hostess were congratulat ed on the success of their dance, which was voted by those present to have been one of the best held in Wa'luku. liana School Is Finished Contractor Oss lias ('unshed work on the new liana, school, and the building has ben banded over 1o the supervisors. The structure, which is a four room one, is a model in every respect The building stands in a fine track of land, and the way the ideas of the architect and the Board of Education have been car ried out, pleases every one who has inspected the school. The liana school is an important one, and the people of the district have, from time to time, urged the fact that a new building should be erected.
