that certain mortgage of date May I,
1910, from Thomas Clark, of Wailuku,
County of Maui, Territory of Hawaii, to
the Wailuku Market and Land Company,
Limited, a domestic corporation, of re
cord in the Office of the Registrar of
Conveyances, in Honolulu, in Liber 3.(7
on pages 391 to 394, the present owner
and holder thereof intends to foreclose
said mortgage and sell the mortgaged
property therein named because of non
payment of principal and interest due on
the promissory note secured thereby.
