NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that,
under the power of sale contained in
that certain mortgage of date May l,
1910, from Thomas Clark, of Wailuku,
County of Maui, Territory of Hawaii, to
the Wailuku Market and Land Company,
Limited, a domestic corporation, of re
cord in the Office of the Registrar of
Conveyances, in Honolulu, in Liber 347,
ou pages 391 to 394, the present owner
and holder thereof intends to foreclose
said mortgage and sell the mortgaged
property therein named because of non
payment of principal and interest due on
the promissory note secured thereby.
The above mentioned mortgage was
given to secure the payment of a promis
sory note for Three Huudred Dollars of
eveu date with said mortgage, payable
three years after date, and bearing inter
est at the rate of 10 per annum, pay
able semi-annually, executed by said
Thomas Clark and Levina Clark, to and
in favor of the Wailuku Market and
Laud Company, Limited; said Wailuku
Market and Laud Company, Limited,
still beiug the owner and holder of both
said note and mortgage.
NOTICE IS LIKEWISE GIVEN that,
after the expiration of three weeks lroui
date of first publication of this Notice, to
wit, ou Saturday, January 3rd, 1914, at
12 o'clock noon of said day, the said
mortgaged property, for the reasons
above stated, will be sold at public auc
tion at the front eu trance to the Court
House, iu the Towu of Wailuku, County
of Maui, Territory of Hawaii.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that,

that certain mortgage of date July 27th,
1908, from Kealoha Nawai aud William
Nawai, her husband, both of Wailuku,
County of Maui, Territory of Hawaii, to
Ferdinand Hons, of Kahului, said County
of Maui, as Guardian of the person and
property of Heleue Hons, a minor, now
a resident of Honolulu, of record in the
Office of the Registrar of Conveyances,
in Honolulu, iu Liber 301, on pages 472
to 475, the present owner aud holder
thereof intends to foreclose said mortgage
and sell the mortgaged property therein
named because of non-payment of prin
cipal and interest due on the promissory
note secured thereby. The above men
tioned mortgage was given to secure the
payment of a promissory note for Eight
Hundred and Twenty-live Dollars of
eveu date with said mortgage, payable
three years alter dale, and bearing inter
est at the rale of 8 per annum, execut
ed by said Kealoha Nawai and William
Nawai, to anil in favor of Ferdinand
Hons, as Guardian aforesaid, said Fer
dinaml Hons, as Guardian aforesaid
still being the owner and holder of both
said note and mortgage.

Also those certain parcels of laud situ
ate in the Hi of Lamalii Nui in said Wai
luku, and being a half portion of Royal
Patent 4121 L. C. A. 3722 to Moanalua
(k), and being the same premises more
fully described iu deed from John W.
Kalua aud Polly Kalua, his wife, to said
Kealoha Nawai, said deed being dated
March 25th, 1895, and being of record in
Liber 152 on pages 4S3 and 4S4 aud con
taining an area of 2.67-100 acres more or
less, and all the right, title and interest
which said Kealoha Nawai aud William
Nawai or either of them have, in or to
said properties or any part or parcel
thereof.

381 on pages 174 and 175 the own
er and holder thereof intends to
foreclose the same and sell the
mortgaged property therein named,
because of non-payment of princi
pal and interest due on the pro
missory note secured thereby. The
above mentioned mortgage was
given to secure the payment of a
promissory note for two hundred
and sixty dollors of even date there
with, payable two years after date
bearing interest at the rate of ten
per cent annum, executed by the

cation of J. S. Medeiros, adminis
trator of the estate of Jacintho de
Souza, late of Kaupakalua, Maui,
deceased, praying for an order of
sale of certain real estate belong
ing to said estate, to-wit, a
certain piece of land situate
in Kaupakalua, Maui, and contain
ing an area of six acres, ami more
fully described in that certain deed
from Joseph Francis to Jacintho de
Souza, dated the 27th day of Nov
ember 1887, and recorded in liber
122 on page3 403 and 404, and set
ting forth legal reasons why said
real estate should be sold, to-wit
the payment of the debts of said
estate:
It is hereby ordered that the
heirs the next of kin of said Jacin
tho de Souza, deceased, and all
persons interested in said estate,
appear before this Court on Monday
the 22nd day of December, 1913,
at ten o'clock in the forenoon of
