Notice is hereby given that, under
tin1 power of suit.1 contained in thai
certain mortgage of d:ite March 11,
1913 from Mnnkiclii Nishikida, of
Il.imnkuapnko, Maui, ami Jularo
Kuwabara, of Paia, Maui, to The
First National Hank of Wniluku, a
corporation; of record in the Oflicc
of the Registrar of (1nvcy;i nces in
Honolulu, in liher 31)1, on pages
1, 5. 6 and 7, the owner anil holder
thereof (said The First National
Bank of Wniluku) intends to fore
close the same, and sell the mort
gaged property therein named be
cause of the non-payment of the
principal sum now due and owing on
the promissory note secured thereby,
to-wit (approximately) 83550.00.
The above mentioned mortgage
was given to secure the payment of
a promissory note of four thousand
five hundred dollars, of even date
therewith, payable one day after
date, bearing interest at the rate of
nine percent per annum, ami ex
ecuted by said Mankichi Nishikida
and Jutaro Kuwabara.
Notice is likewise given that, after
the expiration of three weeks from
date of first publication of this
notice, to-wit, on Monday, March
lGth 1014, at twelve o'clock noon
of said day, said mortgaged property,
(hereinbelow specifically mention
ed,) for the reasons herein stated,
will be sold at public auction, at the
front entrance to the Court House,
in Wailuku, Maui, Territory of
Hawaii.

dated the loth day of May A. D.
1912, covering that certain piece,
parcel or lot of land situate at Kau
pakalua, Maui, Territory of Hawaii
containing an area of 5S acres, more
or less, more specifically described
by metes and bounds in Indenture
of Lease above mentioned.
2nd All growing crops of pine
apples or other agricultural products
at present growing, or to be grown
upon the said premises covered by
lease above referred to, during the
life of this Mortgage.
