In compliance with the provisions of Section C, of Act C8, Session
Tiiws of 1911, sis amended by Section 2, of Act 105, Session Laws of
1911, nnl any other law or laws of the Territory of Hawaii, enabling me
so to do, notice is hereby given that, unless good cause is shown for not
so doing, it is my intention, on Saturday, June 20lh, 1914, to erase from
the General (Official) Register of Electors for the County of Maui, the
antes and signatures of the electors hereinbelow mentioned for the
reasons hereinbelow given:

strator of the Estate of Hattie Ayers,
Deceased, wherein petitioner asks to be
allowed $73.62 and charged with ?1 78.50,
and asks that the same be examined and
approved, and that a final order be made
of Distribution of the remaining property
to the persons thereto entitled and dis
charging petitioner and sureties from all
further responsibility herein:
It is Ordered, that Monday, the 6th

Maui News, a newspaper printed anil
published in Wailuku, Maui, for three
successive weeks, the last publication to
be not less than two weeks previous to
the time therein appointed for said hearing.

1914, at the irout door to the Capitol
Building, Honolulu, there will be sold at
public auction, under Part V, Land Act
of 1895, Sections 278-285 inclusive, Re
vised Laws of Hawaii, a general lease of
the following described lands:
Lots 39, 41, 42, 44, 48, 49, 51, 52, Gov
ernment Reserve and Government Rem

2. A Special Train (Labor Train) will leave Wailuku daily. exceDt Sun
days, at 5:30a. m., arriving at Kahului at 5:50 a. 111., and connect
ing with the G:00 11. m. train for Tinmene.
BAGGAGE HATES: 150 pounds of personal baggage will be
carried free of charge on each whole ticket, and 75 pounds on
each half ticket, when baggage is in charge of ami on the same
train as the holder of the ticket. For excess baggage 25 cents per
100 pounds or part thereof will be charged.
