SAN FRANCISCO, May 21. Hawaiian Commercial will pay
three or four extra dividends this year. Extra of $200,000 declared

ROME, May 21. Dispatches today say ministers will meet after
senate has adjourned and will probably draft declaration of war on
Austria. King signed decree suspending diplomatic immunity. Am
bassadors von Bulow and Macchio have gone to the Vatican and will
depart tomorrow.
GENEVA, May 21. Dispatch from Italy to Austria, probably con
taining ultimatum, is being sent today. Declaration of war will follow
soon.
LONDON, May 21. It is universally considered Italy from today

at 6:30 a. m., arriving at Kahului at 5:50 a. m., and connecting with
the 6:00 a. m. train for Puunene.

of charge on each whole ticket, and 75 pounds on each half ticket, when
baggage Is in charge of and on the same train as the holder of the ticket
