The report (P 746) of the Lihue Poundmaster for the quarter end ing with September 30th. 1912. was received and referred to Mr. Lota, the committee, who later on favorably reported on same recom mending its approval. The report was approved. A petition (P 751) for Kapaa for the reduction of the Kapaa water rates was received and was referred, to Mr. J. H. Moragne for investigation and report. The report (P 752) of the Coun ty Clerk for nominations received by him to October 1st. 1012, was received and filed: The report (P 753) of the Coun ty Road Supervisor for the month of September, 1912, was duly re ceived and placed on file.
