I, J. K. Farley, Tax Assessor Fourth Taxation Division, County
and Island of Kauai, Territory of Hawaii, hereby give notice that I
will, in pursuance of the provision o f Section 1266 of the Revised
Laws of Hawaii, as amended by Section 16 of Act 89 of the Session
Laws of 1905, and Section I of Act 129 Session Laws of 1909. and
section I266A of Session Laws of 1911, upon the 15th. day of July
1913, at 12:o'clock noon, in front of the post office at Kilauea. Hana
lei District, Kauai, sell all the right, title and interest of John P. Men
diola, in and, to six acres of land more or less, the property hereinafter
described, at Public Auction, to the highest bidder for cash, to satisfy
