will, in pursuance of the provision
Laws of Hawaii, as amended by Section 16 of Act 89 of the Session
Laws of 1905, and Section I of Act 129 Session Laws of 1909. and
section I266A of Session Laws of 1911, upon the 15th. day of July
1913, at 12:o'dock noon, in front of the post office at Kilauea, Hana1

diola, in and, to six acres of land more or less, the property hereinafter
described, at Public Auction, to the highest ladder for cash, to satisfv
