tro, the Moloaa stream and the Govern
ment portion of Moloaa to a Forest Re
serve Monument at small ridge North of
the old Swift Mountain House; elevation
730 ft.
2. 244o 50' :!810.:t feet across Govern
ment portion of Moloaa to a Forest Re
serve Monument in a pilo of rocks about
100 feet North of Kahuna's grave; eleva
tion .V.K! feet.

Anil as provided by law, I do hereby
eliminate from the Moloaa Forest Re-
nerve the area lying between the lines in I
the old and in the new descriptions
numbered Courses 1 and 2 (S.5acres), and
do likewise hereby set apart as an in
tegral part of the said reserve the area
(31) bounded by courses 4 to 8 incluvive
of tin said revised description, C. S. F.
No. 2431, lying within the metes and
bounds of the Moloaa Forest Reserve.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto
set my hand and caused the Great Seal
of the Territory of Hawaii to be allixed.
Done at the Capitol in Honolulu, this

cause, wherein she asks that an
order for service by publication of
the said cause be made. It appear
ing to the Couit from the affidavit
of A. G. Kaulukou, Attorney for
Libellant, and all the files in said
cause, that the said libel for di
vorce and summons thereto at
tached were hied more than six
months last past; that the said
summons was returned unserveu
after due and diligent search had
been made throughout the Terri
tory of Hawaii for the libelee by the
officer having authority to makt

vorce and summons thereof for a
period of more than one year; that
upon inquiry, the acldtess or resi
dence of said libelee could not be
ascertained.
