of Tong Chew Moi of Lihue, Ka
uai, aileging that Tong Lee of Li
hue, Kauai, died intestate at Li
hue, Kauai, on the 8th clay of
March, A. D. 1916, leaving prop
erty in the Hawaiian Islands neces
sary to be administered upon, and
praying that letters of administra
tion issue to Tong Kau.
It is ordered that Friday, the
24th day of November. A. D. 1916,
at 2 o'clock P. M., be and hereby
is appointed for hearing said Peti
tion in the Court Room of this
Court at Lihue, Kauai, at which
time and place all persons concern
ed may appear and show cause, if
any they have, why said Petition
should not be granted.
