count on a maximum production of
food in this country we not only
have to increase the productive units

the units lost by putting our men at
the front. Every boy in active pro
ductive service in the United States
will oppose a similar working boy in
Germany. The United States Boys'
Working Reserve must bo the domi

mobilize the working boys of the
United States."
President Wilson says: "I call
upon the ubie-bodied boys of the
land to turn in hosts to the farms and
make certain that no puins and no
labor Is lacking in this matter."
