Roman Cavillada, a Filipino, was
nabbed last week having in his 'pos
session a 32 caliber revolver; and not
having a licenso to carry,! firearms, a
formal chargo was lodged against him.
Roman claimed to havo received tho
revolver from a prisoner, which did
not holp him any. Ho was sontancod
to pay a flno of twenty-flvo dollars and
costs. Not being ablo to do this ho
