THE GARDEN ISLAND. TUESDAY, SEPT. 21, 1918
Our soldiers are giving their lives to
open the road to Berlin. They can never
succeed in their undertaking without the
bountiful help of your Liberty Dollar.
The road they are traveling begins
not in France but here in America. All along
its lengthening way there must be tireless
workers. The victorious end will never be
won unless you send a never-ending stream
of supplies along the hard road.
The volume of our might must
steadily and rapidly be augmented. Your
money must sustain that effort until the
Victory is Won.
