The Governor has recently giv
en to the House some important
information and some very sane
and sensible suggestions in regard
to homesteads and hotnesteading. !
He announces that the attorney !
general will tackle the matter of
the ownership of the Hanapepe
water, and carry it to an issue,
just as soon as the legislative
work is out of the way. It would
le useless to do anything about
homoteadiug the Hanapepe lands
until the title to the water is set

Kekaha as the only considerable
tracts of Government land now
remaining and suitable for home
