The Walmea School Athletic Asso
ciation takes this opportunity to
'thank the slxty-tive friends of the
school and school athletics for their
support in the campaign tor funds
for next year. In one day the entire
Walmea Quota was raised. The mon
ey received from membership will be
used by the County Association to
transport athletic teams during; the
chool year 1821-1922
i. ant week the school was favored
with a talk by Mr. . Schenck of the
Hawaiian Board. We hope Mr.
Schenck will visit us when he comes
to Walmea again.
The Girl Reserves gave an Interest

Josephine M. Chamberlain, alleging
that said Josephine M. Chamberlain of
Kllauea, Kauai, T. H., died intestate
at Oakland, California on the 17th day
of April A. D. 1921, leaving property in
the Hawaiian Islands necessary to be
administered upon, and praying that
Letters of Administration issue to
James P. Myers.
IT IS ORDERED that Saturday, the
4th jlay of June A. D. 1921 at 9 o'clock
A. M., be and hereby is appointed the
time for hearing said Petition in the
Court Room of this Court at Llhue,
County of Kauai, at which time and
place all persons concerned may ap
pear and show cause, it any they have
why said Petition should not be
granted; and that notice of this order
be published for three successive
weeks (tour Insertions) in the Garden
Island newspaper In Llhue, Kauai.

The Petition of John S. Chandler,
Administrator of the Estate of Mary
Rose Nakai. deceased, praying for an
order granting a license to him to sell
certain real estate belonging to said
estate, viz.: Land at Makapala, Koloa,
County of Kauai, Territory of Hawaii
registered in the Office of the Assist
ant Registrar Land Court Territory of
Hawaii, in Transfer Certificate of
Title No. 69s to Mary Rose Nakai.
widow, and described as follows:
Beginning at a cross on stone under
pile of stones, the coordinates of
which cross referred to the Govern
ment Trig. Station Paa are 1785.5 feet
North and 7272.6 feet West. The above
initial point is further located as fol
lows: 276' 18' 296.0 feet to a triangle
cut In pahoehoe bed rock under pile of
stones. From this triangle Paa Trig.
Station bears 284 08' 30" 7179.0 feet
and Laaukahi Trig. Station bears 183
48' 18283.0 feet; and running from In
itial point by true azimuths:
1. 33 43' 371.S feet;
2. 124 43' 112.6 feet to a cross on a
stone at tho old Makapala Ditch.

lowing the center of the old
Makapala Ditch which is the
boundary to a cross on a
stone 8.0 feet South East of
the center of the Makapala
Ditch which is the North
corner of this lot. The co
ordinates of the above cross
stone referred to the Govern

Paa are 1869.0 feet Norths and
7343.7 feet West The center
of the Ditch is located in ref
erence to this course by off
sets at right angles as fol
lows: At 116.0 feet center of
the old ditch. A 200.00 feet
offset to right 28.0 feet. At
264 feet offset to right S.O
feet At 315 feet center Of
ditch. At 380.00 feet offset to
left 8.0 feet At 399.6 feet off
set to left 8.0 feet
4. 319 84' 109.6 ft. to Initial point,
containing an area oi 40,ouv square
feet and being Lot 2 of Land Court
Petition No. 807, and setting forth
certain legal reasons why. such real
estate should be sold, to wit: for the
purpose of securing funds wit which
to pay the claims against this estate,
having been filed.
It is hereby ordered that the heirs
and next of kin of said Mary Rose
Nakai and all persons interested in
the "Bald estate appear before this
Court on Saturday, the 4th day of
June A. D. 1921 at 9 o'clock A.M. in
the Court Room of this Court at Lihue,
County of Kauai, then and there to
show cause why such license should
not be granted for the sale of said real
estate; and that notice of this order be
published for three successive weeks
(four insertions) in the Garden Island
newspaper in Lihue, Kauai.
