Tho light will be visible from 71 deg. 17 min. truo (COdeg. 50 mln. magnetic) to 270 deg. 35 mln. true (200 deg. 8 mln. magnetic) from a vessel passing clockwise around the light. The Sheridan will sail for Guam promptly put under arresi, E TO KILL F 1 William Nelson, an ex-llncman em ployed by the Rapid Transit Com pany, was arrested this morning on a. warrant sworn to by his wife, tho charge being threatening language. Ever since Nelson lost his position with tho railroad company ho has been in a state of mind that has caus ed his wife and family to fear for their lives. Several times lately Nelson has threatened to kill his whole family, and his wife fearing that ho would keep his threat, wont down this morn ing and swore out a warrant for hia arrest. Last night Nelson appeared at home in an intoxicated condition and stforo . that he would kill every one in sight. A police officer was sent for but when he arrived Nelson hao gone. This morning he was found in the vicinity of his home and He will and Manila at five o'clock tomorrow afternoon, according to 'the present plans of the quartermaster's office. answer in court tomorrow morning.
