Hoard of Supervisors made a de

September of the road rcceip.s and

The balances to the credit of the
respective road funds on October
1st, 1905, areas follows:
South Ililo, $132.50 (debit);
North Ililo, $73.59; Ilnmakua,
$2,275.74; North Kohala, $307.16;
I South Kohala, $269.95; North
Kona, $633.05; South Kona,
$81.75; Ka. $178.62; Puna,
It was shown that the road
supervisor for South Hilo district
had expended during the month
$132.50 more than stood to his
credit on the books of the county
treasurer. The South Hilo road
tax for July amounted to $1600,
August, $166, sale of property,
$18.50, and the amount appro
priated from the General Fund,
$1900, making the total receipts
1 $31684.50, while the expenditures
as shown by vouchers, amounted
to $3.78S.55. This leaves a debit
balance against the South Ililo
district of $123.50 in arrears.
Supervisor Shipmau offered a
resolution which was duly passed
directing the Clerk to notify each
road supervisor of the balances of
road moneys to their credit and
ordering them to keep their expen
