The barkentino Ella arrived from
San Francisco this morning. She is
no doubt the vessel which was re
ported from Waimanalo yesterday.
While some men were moving a
traction wheel along the wharf at
the foot of Nuuanu street yesterday
afternoon, it fell on one of the men,
knocking him down and broke one
of his arms above tho elbow. He
was taken to the Queen's Hospital.
The Band will play at Emma
Square this afternoon, commencing
at 4:30 o'clook. Following is the

and from thence, yesterday, to La
haina, whero ho would take the
steamer" Likoliko this evening.
Definite news, however, is expected
by the Lehua.
