Tho bark Amy Turner, Capt.
Newell, which sails to-day for New
York, is the third sliip which has
left in a short time with a lading of
Hawaiian sugars for Atlantic ports,
her predecessors being tho Adonis
and C. B. Bishop. Tho Amy Turner
takes 14G8 tons of sugar, besides
Borne 8 tons of wool, tho total valua
tion being 8185,913.34. There nro
also two more vessels on the way,
which may probubly bo laid on for
the East to load with sugar. The
Eastern refiners will begin to think
thnt wo 'are really progressing in tho
cultivation of sugar, seeing tbat they
cannot possibly mistake what wo
eeud them for tho Manilla article.
