EDITING A NEWSPAPER.

sionally, to bo sure, ho tins complaints,
but ho never fails to satisfy the
complainants that they aro in tho
wrong. It was not always so with
him. He only adopted tho system
after ho grow desperato. It was
ojio day aftor ho roceivod soven
complaints that ho tried it. A man
came and said :
