applicant at the time the order is issued:

Over Ave dollars, and notes
ceeding $10 ....10 cents
Over ten dollars, and not ex
ceeding 125. .', . .,...', 15 cents
OVer twenty.flve dollars, not
exceeding $40 30 cents
Over forty dollars,, not ex
ceeding $S0 35 cents
No order 111 be issued for more than,
fifty dollars.' Whenja larger, sum is,
