plication, for any sum from one cent to
fifty dollars. The following arc the fees
established, which arc payable by the

Over five dollars, and not cx-

Over ten dollars, and not ex.

Over twenty-five dollars, not
exceeding $40 20 cents
Over forty dollars, not ex
