IS THIS DISEASE THAT IS
COMING UPON US?
Like a thief nt night It steals lu upon
in unawares. Mirny pcifons have p'llns
about the chest and sides, untl sometimes
In the back. They feci dull and hlccpy;
the mouth has a bad taste, especially In
in tho morniujr. A sou of sticky slime
collects about thetccth. Tlicnjiicttlo is
tioor. There Is a fieling like a heavy
load on the stoninch; sometimes a faint
nll-gono tonsallon at the pit of tho
stomach which food Uoes not s-ittsfy.
Tho eyes aio sunken, the hands and foU
become cold mid feel clammy. Aftei n
while a cough bets In at Hist diy, but
after a few months it Is attended with a
grecniih coloured expectoration. The
allllcted one feels tired all tho while, nml
sleep does not seem to alFord any rest.
Aftei a tlmo ho becomes m rvous, irrita
ble, and gloomy, and has evil fore
bodings. There Is ngiddlncs, a toit of
whirling sensation in tho head when
ilsiiig up suddenly. Tho bow els become
costive; the skin 13 diy and hot at times;
thi) blood becomes thick and stagnant;
ilio whites of tho eyes become tlngul
with yellow, tho urino is scanty and high-
colouied, depositing a sediment after
standing. There Is lroqiicntly a spitting
up of the food, sometimes with a sour
taste, and Bometimes with a sweetish
ta9te; this is frequently attended with
palpitation of the heart; the vision
becomes impaired with spots before the
yo; there is a feeling of great piostra
tfon and weakness. All of those symp
tonis mo lu tin n present. It is thought
that nearly one-third of our population
Inn this disease in some of its arlcd
forms. It has been found tint medical
men have mistaken tho miuio of this
disease. Some have treated it for a liver
complaint, others for kidney disease, etc.,
but none of tho various kinds of treat
ment have been nttended with success
becauso the remedy should bo such as to
act harmoniously upon each one of these
oigans, and upon the stomach as well;
for in Dyspepsia (for this Is really what
the dlscaso Is) all of theso organs partake
of this disease and rcqulro a remedy
that will act upon nil at tho same time.
Seigel's Curative Syrup acts like a charm
in tills class of complaints, giving almost

sent you a letter lecnmmeiulins Mother
Seigel's Syrup. I havo cry much
pleasure In still bearing testimony to tho
ery satisfactory results of tho famed
Svrun and Pills. Mostnatent medicines
die out with me, but Mother Selgel has
had a steady sale over since I com

A certain minister in my neighbour,
hood bays It is tho only thing wkich has
bencllted him and restored him to his
normal condition of health after being
unable to preach for a considerable
length of time. I could mention also a
great many other cases, but space would
not allow. A near friend of mine, -who
is very much nddietcd to costlvencss, or
constipation, tlnds that Mother Seigel's
Pills are tho only pills which suit his
complaiiit. All, other pills causa a
reaction which is very unnoylng.
Mother Seigel's Pills do not lcavo a bad

commending again to Buttering human
