IS THIS DISEASE THAT
CODING UPON US7
Like ft Ihiuf n night it steals In upon
u unawares. 31 luy LCron4 have p-ilns
about llic che?i and d.?. uud sometimes
In tliu back. They feel dull and sleepy;
the inntitli Iris : bad taste, cspcti illy "in
in tho morning. A sin of sticky Mime
collect about the teeth. 'Die appetite is
poor. T lore Is a feeling like a henv
ioid on tho stomach; sometime a fnln'i
nlheono fcnsalion at the pit of thu
tt unucli which food doc not s ttisfy.
Tue eyes are sunken, the hands and fe. t
D.'CDino cold and reel dummy. Alter a
while a c nigh frets In at llr.st dry, but
after a few months it is attended with a
greenish coloured expectoration. The
afflicted ono feels tiicd all the while, and
sleep does not seem to afford any ro t.
After a lime ho becomes nervous, in lia
ble, and c oomy, and has evil fore,
boilings. There i3 a giddiness, usoit of
.whirling sensation in the head when
rising up suddenly. The bowels boroiru
costive; the skin is ury and hot at tltms;
tlm blood bcomos thick and stagnant;
the whites of tho eyes become tinged
witli yellow, the urine is scanty and high
coloured, depositing a sediment after
standing. Tho e is lioqucntly a spitting
up of mo food, sometimes with a sour
taste, and sometimes with a sweetish
taste; this is frequently nttended with
palpitation of the heart; the vlsl n
becomes impaired witli spots before tho
eves; there is a feeling of great prostia
tion and weakness. All ot tho-e symp
toms aro In turn present. It is thought
that nearly one-third of our population
lni3 this disease in some of its varied
forms. It his been found lint medic il
nun lnuu mistaken the nitiirn of this
JUcaso. Some have treated it fora liver
complaint, others for kidney disease, etc.,
but nono ot the various kinds of treat
ment liavo been attended with succes",
because tho remedy should bo such as to
act harmoniously upon eaeh one of these
oigans, and upon the stomach as well;
for In Dyspepsia (for this Is really what
the disease is) all of these organs partake
of this disease and rcquiro a remedy
that will act upon all at thu same time.
S-iigcl's Curative Syrup acts like a charm
in tills lass of complaints, giving almost
immediated relief. Thefollowlnglctteis

Sept. 23, 18d'J. Dear Sir, Last year I
sent you u letter ucommending Mother
S-'lgel's Syrup. T have very much
pleasure In still bearing testimony to tho
very satisfactory results of tho fumed
Syrup and Pills. Most patent mediclucb
die out with me, but Mothir Seigl has
hud a steady bale ever bince I com
mence I, tinu is still in as great demand
as when I llrst began to sell the medi
cine. The cures which have come under
my notice aro chiefly til se of liver
complaint and go leral debility.
A certain minister in my neighbour,
hood says It is the only tiling wJdeh has
benefited him and restored him to his
normal condition of health after being
unable to preach for a considerable
length of time. I could mention also a
great many other cases, but hi ace would
not allow. A near friend of mine, who
is very much addicted to costlvcncss, or
constipation, lluds that .Mother Solgel's
Pllh aro tho only pills which suit his
complaint. All other pills cause a
rcaoibn which is very annoying.
Mother Selgel's Pills do not leave a bad
after-effect. I have much pleasure in
commending again to suffering human,
it Mother Suigtl's medicines, which
aic no sham, If this letter is of any
scivlco you can publish it.
Youis very tiuly.
