" WHATIS THIS DISEASE THAT IS
COMING UPON US?
Like n thief lit night It Plc.ils in ttpon
in uuaunics. Many poisons havo pains
about the chest iuhI side, mill sometimes
In tlio back. Tliov feci tliill nml sleepy;
the mouth hns u bad taste, especially 'in
In the morning. A sort of sticky slime
collects about the teeth. The appetite Is
poor. There Is a feeling like a heavy
loid on the stomach; sometimes a faint
iill-gonu sensation at the pit of tho
stomach which food docs not satisfy.
Tho eyes aro sunken, the hands and feot
become cold and feel clammy. After a
while a cough sets In tit first diy, but
after a few months It ii attended with it
gicciilsh coloured cpeetoratlon. The
nlllietcd one feels tired all the while, and
sleep docs not seem to nllbrd any rfist.
After a lime hu becomes nei vous, Irrita
ble, and gloomy, mid hns evil lore,
bodlngs. There is u giddinc"), a soit of
whirling sensation in the head when
rising up suddenly. Tho bowels become
costive; the skin is dry and hot at times;
the blood becomes thick and stagnant;
the whites of tho eyes become tinged
with yellow, the urine is scanty nml high
coloured, debiting a sediment after
standing. There is frequently a spitting
up of the food, sometimes with a sour
taste, ami sometimes with a sweetish
taste; this is frequently attended with
Utution of tho heart: the vision

touts are In Hun piesent. It is thought
that nearly one-third of our population
has this disease In some of Its aricd
forms. It has been found that mcdicil
men have mistaken the nature of this
disease. Some have treated itfora liver
complaint, others for kidney disease, etc.,
but none of the various kinds of treat
incut have been attended with success,
bcc.iuso the lcmedy should bo such as to
act Jiaimoniotisly upon each one of these
oigans, and upon the stomach as well;
for In Dyspepsia (for this is really what
the disease is) all of lliesc organs partake
of this disease and require a remedy
that will act upon all at the same time.
Hulgol's Curative Syi up acts like a charm
in this class of complaints, giving almost
immediated relief. The following letters
from chemists of standing in the com.
mtinity where they livo show in what
estimation the aiticlo is held.
John Archer, Harthill, near Sheffield:

Geo. A. Webb, 111, York Sheet,

what you represent It.

A certain minister in my neighbour
