"what is this disease that is
coming upon us?
Like u tiller nt night It steals In upon
us unnunrcs. M my poisons have ptiins
about tlio client anil sides, and sometimes
la the back. They feel dull nnd sleepy ;
the mouth his a bad taste, espeel illy In
in tho morning. A soil of sticky slime

poor. There is a feeling Uko a heavy

stiinach which food does not sitlsfy.
The eyes aro sunken, tho hands and fe.t
become cold and feel clammy. After a
vvhllo u cough sets in at llrst dry, but
after a few months It Is attended with a
greenish coloured expectoration. Tho
afflicted one feels tiicd all the while, and
sleep does not seem to afford any re-t.
After a llmo ho becomes nervous, irrita

boilings. There is 11 giddiness, nsoit of
whirling sensation in tho head when
rising up suddenly. Tho bowels become
costive; tho skin is tiry and hot at tlnns;
thit blood becomes thick and stagnant;
the whites of tho eyes become tinged
with yellow, tho tu luo Is scanty nnd high

palpitation of tho heart; tho lsim

that nearly one-third of our population
ha3 this disease in some of Its vurlid
forms. It his been fount! tint medic il
mun hac mistaken the nature of this
dUe ic. Sumo have treated it for a liver
complaint, others for kidney disease, etc ,
but nouo of the arious kinds of treat
ment lmvo been attended with sitcccs,
because tho remedy thould bo such as to
act harmoniously upon each one of these
oigans, and upon the stomach nswtll;
for In Dyspepsh (for this is really whnt

of this disease and require a remedy
tint will act upon nil at tho same' lime.
Seigel's Curative Syrup acts lll.o a churm
In tills class of complaints, giving almost
immediutod relief. Tho tollowinglettois

sent you u letter lecmnmendliig Mother
Sdigela Syrup. 1 have very much
pleasure in still bearing testimony to the
ery satisfactory results of tho fumed
Syrup and Pills. Most p itcnt medicines
die out with mc, but Mother Selgel has
had a steady sale ever fcinco I com
