WHAT lsTHf8DrSEASETHATls
COMING UPON US?
Like n thief at nlglit it steals In upon
iu unawares. Many persons have pains
about the chest and sides, ami sometimes
In the back. They feel dull and sleepy;
the mouth has a had taste, especially In
in tho moraine;. A sort of sticky slim c
collects about the teeth. The appetite is
poor. T.iero Is a feeling like a heavy
lo id on the stomticli; sometime a faint
all-gone sensation at the pit of the
tt imncli which food does not s itisfy.
The eyes ate sunken, the hands and fcit
b.-cotue cold and feel dummy. After a
while a cough bets In at Hist diy, but
after a few months It is attended with a
greenish coloured oxpectotalion. Tho
alllicted one feels tiie.i all the while, and
sleep does not seem to n fiord any ic-t.
After n lime ho becomes nervous, In lia
ble, mid K oomy, and has evil lore,
boding. There is a giddiness, u sou of
whirling sensation Tn tho liead when
rising up suddenly. The bow els beconii'
costive; tho skin Is ory and hot at tiniis;
the blood becomes thick and stagnant;
tho whites of tho eyes lecomo tingui
with yellow, tho urine Is scanty and high
coloured, tieposiling a sediment titter
standing. TIioip Is tieipiently a spitting
up ol tne food, sometimes with a torn
taste, anil sometimes with a sweetish
taste; this is frequently attended with
palpitation of the heait; the vision
becomes impaired with spots before the
eyes; there is a feeling ot great prostra
tion and weakness. All of those synip
toms tiro In tutu present. It is thought
that nearly one-third of our population
has tills disease in some ol its varied
forms. It has been found that medical
men liao mistaken the nature of this
disease. Some havo treated it for a liver
complaint, others for kidney disease, etc.,
but none ot the various kinds of treat
ment havo been attended witli success,
because the remedy should be such as lo
act harmoniously upon each one of these
oigans, and upon tho stomach as well;
for in Dyspepsia (for this is ically what
the dlseiiso is) all of these organs fcrtake
of this disease and require a remedy
that will net upon all at the saino time.
.Seigel's dilative Syrup acts like a charm
In this class of complaints, giving almost
innncdlatcd relief. The following letters
from chemists of standing lu tho coin,
munity where they live show in what
estimation tho article is held.
.lohn Archer, Ilarthill, near Sheffield:
I can confidently iccomincud it to all
who may be suffering from liver or
stomach complaints, having the testi
mony of my customers, who have derived
great bcnellt from the Syrup and Pills.
The sale Is inctcasing wonderfully.
Geo. A. Webb, 141, York Street,
Belfast: I liava sold a large quantity,
and the paitlcs liac tcstlllcd to its being
what you lepresentit.
J. S. Metcalfe, 65, Highgate, Kendal:
I have always great pleasure in rcconi.
mending the Curative Syrup, for I have
never known a case in which It lias not
relieved or cured, and I have sold iniuy
grosses.
ltobt. G. Gould, 27, High Street,
Andovcr: I havo always take a great
inteiesl in your medicines and I luno
recommended them, as 1 havo found
numcious oases of euro fiom their use.
Thomas Chapman, West Auckland:
I find that tho trade steadily increases.
J sell moro of your medicines than any
other kind.
N.Dairoll, Clun, Salop: All who buy
it are pleasul, and recomnieud it.
Jos Bilkwill, A. P. S., Kingsbridge:
The public seem to appreciate tlieii
great value.
A. Armatead, Market Street, Daltou.in-
Fnrness: it is needle s for me to i.y
that your valuable medicines have gica.
sale in this district greater than an
other I know of, giving grei.t satis
faction,
llobt. Lalne, Mclkshani: I can well
recommend the Curative byiup lrom
having prowd iis elite icy for inulgotlo..

hood bays it is tho only thing wMch has
benefited him and restored him to his
normal condition of health after being
uuablu to preach for a considerable
length of time. I could mention also a
gieat many other cases, but space would
not allow. A near friend of mine, who
Is very much addicted to costiveness, or
constipation, finds that Mother Seigel's
Pills are the only pills which suit ids
coinnlaint. All other nills cause a
i caution which is very annoying.
Mother Seigel's Pills do not leave a had
