Conspiracy. The whole afternoon
was taken up with the empanelling
of a jury. II le panel was exhausted
and talesmen had to be called. At
5:15 the following jurors were satis
factory to both sides and weto sworn
in: S. C D wight, Joseph Aiu, John
Mana, Manuel Silva, Moses Palau,
S. K. Alii, John K. Atiuu. C. -K.
Nui, V. K. Kalaehao, John Potuai
kai, J. M. Kohalekauila, and John
B. Nakumu.
The Court then adjourned" to 10
o'clock Tuesday morning.
