chase price at the rate of 5 per cent,
per annum. The purchaser may pay
the whole or any part of the purchatu
price at any time, which will stop in
terest. 11. The preliminary agreement is
non-assiguublc, and the land cannot
be sold until all conditions are. ful
12. Failure to comply with any of
the conditions will work u forfeiture
of the luud.

within the District from Muunuluu to
Moanalua, who have unvaccinated
children, to bring them to the dispen
sary of the Board of Health, on King
street, Honolulu, for the purpose of
receiving gratuitous vaccination.

place for tho same purpose.
