tenses or "Witnesses in Criminal Cases" in the Supreme and
Be it Enacted by the Queen and the Legislature of the Ha
waiian Kingdom: '
That tho sura of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) bo and
tho same is hereby appropriated out of the public moneys for
tho purpose of paying Interpreters in the various Couits of
the Kingdom for which no specific provision is made, and also
for defraying tho expenses of witnesses in criminal cases in
tho Supremo and Circuit Courts, this appropriation to cover
such liabilities on account of the above-mentioned objects as
may have been incurred sinco the 31st of March, 1892, and
that may hereafter be incurred up to and until tho passage of
the Appropriation Bill of 1802-94.

by all vessels approaching the harbor.
