Owing to a discrepancy between thu Hawaiian and the Eng lish law teiitenue was reconsidered the term for life was changed, and Pulolo, the native kahuna, was sen tenced to 50 years the sentences as pronounced against the other de fendants being allowed to remain. In the matter of the other two char ges of murder against this woniar. Pulolo, a change of venue was grant ed on the ground of too great preju dice in this Circuit, and the case will came before the Fourth Judicial Cir cuit at Kauai in August next. June IS.
